These terms apply when you use the Tenth Vantage website. By using it, you accept them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use personal information, and our Cookie Notice.
Who we are
This website is operated by Rise to Leadership Ltd, trading as Tenth Vantage, a leadership advisory practice founded by Crina Ancuta.
Rise Leadership Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 16239614, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, W1W 5PF, London.

What these terms cover
These terms apply to the website and its public content. They do not govern our advisory services.
Any advisory engagement is subject to separate written terms agreed with the client, and liability for advisory work is governed by those terms.
No advisory relationship
The articles, perspectives and other material on this website are general in nature. They are not advice tailored to a particular leader, role or organisation, and they cannot take account of every circumstance relevant to a decision.
You remain responsible for the decisions you make and for how you use information from the website.
Visiting the website, contacting us or booking a first conversation does not create an advisory relationship, and nothing on the website is an offer that can be accepted by using it.
An advisory relationship begins only when the terms of an engagement have been agreed.
We treat what you share with us in a first conversation as confidential, subject to our legal obligations and our Privacy Notice.
Examples, outcomes and client observations on the website are illustrative. They do not promise that anyone else will achieve the same or similar results.
Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care over what we publish, but we do not promise that the website will always be complete, current, available or free from errors.
We may update, suspend or remove all or part of the website at any time, including for maintenance or security.
No internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please use appropriate protection on your own devices.
Our content
Unless stated otherwise, the website and its original content, including text, articles, graphics, brand elements and materials describing the RISE method, are owned by or licensed to Rise to Leadership Ltd.
Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.
You may view the website, share links to its pages, and print or download reasonable extracts for your own personal or internal business reference.
You may quote reasonable extracts with sufficient acknowledgement of Tenth Vantage and, where practical, a link to the source.
Without our prior written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt, sell or commercially exploit a substantial part of the website or its content.
You may not use automated tools to systematically extract content from the website for commercial use, including AI training.
You may not use the Tenth Vantage name, logo or other brand identifiers in a way that suggests our endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation without our prior written permission.
Nothing in this section restricts any use permitted by applicable law.
Acceptable use
You must not use the website unlawfully or fraudulently, or in a way that could damage us, the website or anyone else.
In particular, you must not attempt unauthorised access to the website or its systems, introduce malware, interfere with its operation or security, impersonate anyone or misrepresent your relationship with Tenth Vantage, or use automated tools in a way that places an unreasonable burden on the site.
Links to other websites
The website may link to third-party websites and services, such as our booking tool or professional networks.
A link does not mean that we endorse or control the third party, its content or its services. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss arising from reliance on general website content as though it were advice tailored to your situation.
If you use the website in the course of a business, then, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or reputation arising from your use of the website.
If you are acting as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects rights you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the website, our practice or the law changes.
The version on this page is the current one, and the date at the top shows when it was last revised.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute relating to the website are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you use the website for business purposes, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are acting as a consumer, you keep any mandatory rights you have under the law that applies to you, including any right to bring proceedings in another court where that law allows it.
